RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your Toddle & Play order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Eligibility

You have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you wish to return an eligible item

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • The item must be in resaleable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note that custom, personalised, a mystery bundle or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, please contact us via the webform with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

We’ll get back to you with return instructions as soon as possible. 

Return Postage
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email.

Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. Payments will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Items that have been applied, used, or removed from backing

  • Sale, clearance items and mystery bundles (unless faulty)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos where possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
