RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your Toddle & Play order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Eligibility

You have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you wish to return an eligible item

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

• The item must be in re-saleable condition

• Proof of purchase is required

Please note that custom, personalised, a mystery bundle or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, please contact us via the webform with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return

We’ll get back to you with return instructions as soon as possible. 

Return Postage

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
  
  

Accepted Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email.

Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. Payments will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Custom or personalised items

• Items that have been applied, used, or removed from backing

• Sale, clearance items and mystery bundles (unless faulty)
  
  

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Refused Deliveries, Uncollected orders & Returned to Sender

If you refuse delivery of your order or request that it be returned to sender, your parcel must first be returned to our warehouse before any refund can be processed. Refunds will not be issued while the parcel is still in transit or awaiting return. Once the returned parcel has been received and inspected, we will process your refund in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please note that any original shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, or return shipping costs incurred as a result of the refusal may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Restocking fee: We withhold the right to charge a 20% restocking fee of your order cost. 

EU Returns Policy from orders placed on or after July 1st 2026

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please read the following policy.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must notify us of your decision to return the item within this period.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging where reasonably possible.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns and request all orders are returned tracked.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Your refund will include the purchase price of the item(s) delivery fee is not refundable, any customs, tariffs or duties pre-paid by Toddle and Play will be removed from your refund. Any additional charges for the express delivery services are non-refundable.
