Returns are accepted 14 days from order status "Delivered" - all orders returned must be unused, in original packaging and re-saleable condition.

EU Refunds - note
Where Toddle & Play has paid any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or related clearance charges in connection with an order, such amounts shall be deducted from any refund payable to the customer.
